Magenta Living is procuring a combined merchant materials supply and waste management service for its responsive repairs, empty-home works, planned maintenance, investment programmes and environmental services. Renewal: Magenta Living will determine whether to extend the Contract based on the needs of its business, service delivery requirements and the performance of the Service Provider. Following the initial 5 year period, Magenta Living reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the Contract for up to 5 years on a 2+2+1 basis i.e. * First extension period: 01/04/2032 - 31/03/2034 (2yrs) * Second extension period: 01/04/3034 - 31/03/2036 (2yrs) * Third extension period: 01/04/2036 - 31/03/2037 (1yr)
