Invitation to Undertake a Discovery Session for an Education Case Management System
Notice Description
North Yorkshire Council is seeking to invite suppliers to undertake discovery to help determine the scope and feasibility of its requirement, to understand the range of potential solutions available in the market, and to inform any potential future procurement exercise for an education case management system, including support, maintenance and implementation services. The Authority intends to gather this information through one-to-one discovery sessions with individual suppliers and/or further market engagement including a request for information.

The Authority is inviting suppliers to attend 1:1 discovery session as well as complete or update a request for information. The Authority reserves the right to undertake further engagement with suppliers following the meet the buyer event in the form of an additional request for information, additional discovery session or other form of engagement. This would be for the continued purpose of: 1) developing the authority’s requirements and approach to the procurement; 2) designing a procedure, conditions of participation or award criteria; 3) preparing the tender notice and associated tender documents; 4) identifying suppliers that may be able to supply the goods, services or works required.
