The Hall is a principal cultural and civic venue, operated in partnership with Theatr Clwyd. The study will appraise the existing venue and develop and compare options covering the audience journey, the auditorium, technical theatre, backstage, access and inclusion, heritage constraints, building services and operating implications, with broad cost ranges, phasing advice and delivery risks. The maximum budget for the Stage 1 core services is PS50,000 including VAT. Quotations above this figure will be rejected. The study is funded by the Arts Council of Wales Arts Capital Investment Fund with match funding from the University, and must be complete by 19 February 2027. Quotations must be submitted through the Sell2Wales Tender Postbox by 12:00 noon on Friday 30 October 2026. Suppliers must be registered on the Central Digital Platform.
