Summary of the contracting process

City & County of Swansea is seeking a contractor to renew the roofs and install photovoltaic (solar) panels at four properties: 75, 77, 79 and 81 Gwynfor Road, Cockett, Swansea. The works combine roof replacement with solar-panel installation, and include associated roof and insulation work. The delivery site is in Swansea. This is a single works package covering all four addresses, rather than separate lots. The project will suit construction firms able to undertake roofing and coordinate installation of solar equipment at residential properties. The council is the buyer for the works.
