A suitably qualified and competent company is being sought to provide an adhoc regulated temperature controlled vehicle logistics solution for the Welsh Blood Service (WBS).This will be a contingency measure in the event of the breakdown or unavailability of the existing fleet of Temperature Controlled Vehicles (TCV).
