Notice Description
Invitation to TenderSTAR Tenant Satisfaction SurveyMerthyr Valleys Homes is a stock transfer organisation that owns and manages around 4,100 homes for rent across the County Borough of Merthyr Tydfil. It is Wales' first tenant and employee mutual housing association.Merthyr Valleys Homes is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a tenant satisfaction survey using the STAR methodology for tenants living in Merthyr Tydfil.The contract duration will be for a period of three years, with the option to extend for a further two years.To express an interest in applying for this project, please contact Nicola Aubrey, Policy & Performance Manager on 01685 727762.All tender submissions must be received by no later than 12.00noon on Monday 8 October 2018.
