Procurement Information
Due to unforeseen circumstances the existing procurement route for the provision of this service has become unavailable at short notice. It is critical that the service is maintained to provide uninterrupted service. The agreement to supply the current software package is therefore to be extended for 12 months. This will allow further work to be carried out on the development of additional functional requirements to meet all stakeholder requirements and adhere to Welsh Government guidance policies within the contract period. A competitive tender exercise will be undertaken before the expiry of this agreement in March 2023 which will also reflect the development of the additional functional requirements required to be undertaken.
