Notice Description

Evaluation of the EU Funded Nurture Equip Thrive ProjectTorfaen County Borough Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the ESF Priority 1 operation Nurture Equip Thrive (NET).There are three strands of support offered by Nurture Equip Thrive. The main strand focuses on supporting underemployed participants with barriers to full employment to improve their labour market situation.The second strand of NET supports those participants with a work limiting health condition (WHLC) or disability who are either looking to return to work after a period of absence or who wish to improve their labour market situation.The final strand focuses on employer engagement to implement and improve equality and diversity in the workplace, support flexible working arrangements, and make sustainable changes to health and wellbeing of staff by developing workplace health programmes.The project or operation is a collaborative approach with a central management team based in Torfaen CBC and delivers support across the 5 local authority areas:-* * Torfaen;* * Merthyr Tydfil;* * Bridgend;* * Blaenau Gwent;* * Caerphilly.
