Notice Description
o This data should cover current month and same month last year occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), supply, demand, and revenue for each day of the month for the following segments area:1. Total Wales2. North Wales3. South East Wales4. South West Wales5. Total Wales 11-25 rooms6. Total Wales 26-50 rooms7. Total Wales 51-100 rooms8. Total Wales 101+ rooms9. North Wales 26-50 rooms10. North Wales 51-100 rooms11. South East Wales 26-50 rooms12. South East Wales 51-100 rooms13. South East Wales 101+ rooms14. South West Wales 51-100 rooms15. South West Wales 101+ rooms- Standard recruitment exercises (i.e. initial communications, 4 blogposts, 3 in-person event attendance)o The supplier should commit to engage in a number of recruitment exercises to ensure the sample of hotels remains appropriately sized and representative of the broader hotel universe in Wales.- Annual Summary Reporto The supplier will create and provide Visit Wales with an annual report that will share key findings from hotel survey during the year.
