Notice Description

The conditions of contract are the NEC4 Professional Service Short Contract June 2017.Coronavirus COVID-19 Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic the Lead Consultant and Principal Designer needs to ensure they are protecting their workforce and minimising the risk of spread of infection. This includes considering how personnel travel to and from site. To ensure the wellbeing of staff and public by including additional measures on construction sites of all types and sizes in line with the Government's recommendations on social distancing and ensure employers and individuals make every effort to comply. The Lead Consultant and Principal Designer also need to comply with regulations laid out by the National Assembly for Wales section 45R of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984(c.22). The Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2020. Also Guidance from: The Construction Leadership Council - Construction Sector - Site Operation Procedures - Protecting Your Work Force during Coronavirus (Covid-19) Version 7.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=116617.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
