Notice Description

The requirement to review the Together for Mental Health North Wales (TFMHNW) Strategy presents an opportunity to take a transformational approach to improving population mental health and wellbeing. A paper and a summary infographic (Appendix A), drafted by the BCUHB Public Health Team, describes how this could be achieved by taking a whole systems approach.The TFMHNW Partnership Board is facilitated and chaired by BCUHB, and has supported the development and delivery of the first iteration of the TFMHNW Strategy and Action Plan (2017-22). In line with the National (Wales) TFMH Strategy, the North Wales Strategy is due for review, in anticipation of confirming a new iteration by the end of March 2022.This phase of the review process presents an opportunity to:- reflect on what has been achieved to date, both in terms of progress against key objectives and outcomes, and also in building an effective partnership- consider 'what would better look like', given the current policy context, population needs, service developments, evidence base, and broader determinants of mental health and wellbeing - including the COVID pandemicPlease see tender documents available via the Bravo Solutions portal.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
