Summary of the contracting process

The National Library of Wales is currently inviting tenders for the "HR and CRM Procurement Support Contract", a project aimed at securing procurement consultancy services for the development and implementation of new integrated systems for human resources and customer relationship management. The National Library of Wales is inviting tenders from qualified and experienced providers to provide the organisation with a first class vendor-neutral Procurement Consultancy Service for a period of 3-4 months to help run a lightweight RFI, prepare a tender specification and run an ITT on behalf of the Library in relation to:* A new cloud-based Library HRM integrated system to cover Human Resources, Flexi Time and Performance Management* A new cloud-based Library Customer Relationship Management System that is fully integrated with other Library communication channels and systemsNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=118118.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
