OverviewSwansea Council will shortly be inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced creative partnerships to assess the optimum methodology for creating a street arts infrastructure in Swansea; for example utilising gable ends, key junctions, dwell points and landmark buildings to create a 'blueprint' of usable sites for street artists and in some possible situations, graffiti writers, to present new urban artworks and gateway features for the city.
