Notice Description
The Council on behalf of the Caerphilly Community Safety Partnership (CSP) sought to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to act as both an independent Chair and Report Author for the purpose of undertaking a Domestic Homicide Review (DHR) in accordance to Section 9 of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act (2004). This notice is to inform the market of a contract award.
