Vale of Glamorgan Events Programme 2022/23
Notice Description
The Vale of Glamorgan Council ("the Council") requires the delivery of a comprehensive Events programme based on a number of identified key themes, in line with current WG Covid-19 Event legislation. ("the services").NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=120863.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. A user guide is available at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/sitehelp/help_guides.aspx.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. The proposal should include:i. Completion of relevant Appendix - 1- 4 (you may complete more than one)ii. A detailed methodology, including a timeline and key personneliii. A comprehensive breakdown of prices (for each appendix)iv. Examples of previous work relevant to all aspects of this briefv. Two references from previous clients(WA Ref:120863)Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority's economic and social objectives.
