Notice Description
Mae cynllun Cymraeg yn y Cartref yn newydd ac yn rhoi ffocws pendant ar y teulu. Mae rhai o'r gweithgareddau a gynhelir fel rhan o'r rhaglen yn rhai sy'n hollol newydd i'r sector. Mae rhai eraill yn barhad neu yn ddilyniant o gynlluniau blaenorol. Mae'r Ganolfan yn awyddus i sicrhau bod yr holl weithgaredd yn cael ei werthuso yn annibynnol a bod tystiolaeth ar gael o ba elfennau o'r cynllun sydd wedi llwyddo ac a all esblygu i'r dyfodol. Byddai hefyd yn ddefnyddiol i ddeall sut y gall gweithgareddau'r rhaglen gefnogi polisi Trosglwyddo Iaith Llywodraeth Cymru i'r dyfodol.Prif nod yr astudiaeth hon yw gwerthuso effeithiolrwydd y rhaglen Cymraeg yn y Cartref, gan werthuso elfennau amrywiol y rhaglen.
