Notice Description

Trivallis is seeking the appointment of contractors to an initial 4-year Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of works in relation to property repair works.Please note that Trivallis, utilising the Government procurement policy notice 11/20 have opted to reserve the opportunity to suppliers located within the geographical location of South Wales with a view to support domestic supply chains and promote resilience and capacity within the region. Any bids received from contractors/suppliers who are based outside of South Wales will not be taken forward to evaluation.The framework will consist of 14 lots.Bidders may choose to bid for One Lot, Multiple Lots, or all Lots dependant on the disciplines that bidders can deliver.Trivallis reserves the right to stop the operation of the DPS at any time.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. Trivallis need to address the long-term impact of their decisions, to work better with people, communities and each other.It is imperative that the winning bidder can support the delivery of social value when delivering the contract.Please also summarise below how your company could aid in improving their CSR (e.g. reducing CO2 Emissions, helping local communities).Responses to this section will be shared with our Regeneration team within Trivallis who may contact the successful bidders to implement the principles.
