Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, hereinafter referred to as the 'Council', invites Tenders in accordance with the Council's Requirements and subject to the terms and conditions, to set up a contractual agreement for the following requirement:-*Air Source Heat Pump at St. Mary's CIW, Brynmawr**Please note that this would be the Authorities preferred option in relation to achieving Welsh Government's Net Zero Carbon Policy. Please note that this option will only be viable subject to the provision of funding from Welsh Government.*If the above is a viable option for the Authority (dependent upon Welsh Government Funding) the works must be completed by September 2023. Tenderers will be required to evidence that they are able to commit to this requirement.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. If you are still interested in submitting a tender, click the 'Express an Interest button'. This will move the ITT from the 'Open to all Suppliers' area to the 'My ITT's' on the home page.-- You will then see the full details of the ITT in the Qualification, Technical and Commercial envelopes along with any relevant documents in the 'Attachments' area.-- Tenderers are required to provide responses to:--the Selection Questionnaire within the Qualification Envelope--the Method Statements within the Technical Envelope--upload the requested Pricing information within the Commercial Envelope.-- Should you have any questions on the ITT, please use the 'Messages' area to contact the buyer directly - Do not contact the named person at the top of this notice.Deadlines for submissions is 12 noon the 11th July 2022 with clarifications allowed until 5:00pm on the 4th July 2022.Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the Authority's economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations.(WA Ref:122122)The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
