The rising food prices we face in the wake of the war in Ukraine have highlighted the need to increase local food production for local people. The revival of dairy sheep, one of Wales' latest farming enterprises, can help with this, but with any innovative venture like this, challenges will come. This research will aim to look at the current situation of the sector, identify the challenges and opportunities within the industry, and formulate potential interventions for us to implement.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=122295.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
