Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking a computer system for dealing with appointee and deputyship cases, to replace its existing system, the system manages the affairs of clients to which the council acts as appointee so recording case information and details, documentation, along with financial management of clients circumstances. The system should be capable of linking to other financial and banking systems to allow client reconciliations of benefits, bills paid and bank accounts, along with reporting suite to provide status and financial reports.The Council needs to be live on a new system by early 2023, and currently has just under 300 clients.Please e-mail an overview of your solution to Rachel Sanders, Category Manager by 12noon on Friday 8th July 2022 to rachel.sanders@wrexham.gov.uk.
