Nutrient Credit Trading Scheme and Toolkit Feasibility Study
Notice Description
The authorities of Carmarthenshire, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire, and Swansea are jointly seeking suitable qualified and experienced consultants to undertake a feasibility study to determine if a Nutrient Credit Trading system along with the development of a 'toolkit' to identify best practice, information sharing and the creation of added value, is environmentally and economically viable in the South-West Wales region. The study should outline the requirements of successfully implementing a Nutrient Credit Trading system that would facilitate transference of mitigation benefit to developers in a simple and effective way.This piece of work is being commissioned by Carmarthenshire County Council on behalf of the partner authorities as part of the EARTh programme, funded through WEFO European Social Fund.
