Conwy County Borough Council wishes to appoint a suitable supplier for the security and key holding services using a term service contract.The County of Conwy covers a total of 1,126 sq km covering, coastal and rural areas, properties are situated throughout the whole county with some located in remote rural locations, therefore, due consideration should be given as to the dispersed nature of the properties.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=124292.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
