Native Hedgerow Whip Planting on the Great Glamorgan Way
Notice Description
The Vale of Glamorgan Council ("the Council") requires half a mile of native bareroot hedgerow whip planting ("the Works") within the counties of the Vale of Glamorgan and Cardiff i.e. 3500 individual whips with canes and guards. The planting will be broken into smaller linear sections of approximately 20 - 150 metres across the two counties. The Works will include sourcing and planting the product according to the Detailed Requirements in this document.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=124317.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. A user guide is available at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/sitehelp/help_guides.aspx.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. The Vale of Glamorgan Council has declared a Climate and Nature emergency and is committed to working with suppliers that contribute to our journey towards Net Zero Carbon.Tenders may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than a tender submitted in English.(WA Ref:124317)
