To identify the need for and options for developing the George Edwards Hall into a modern and accessible community facility capable of catering and addressing the needs of the community.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=125888.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. It is part of the Welsh Government Rural Communities - Rural Development Programme 2014 - 2020, which is financed by the Welsh Government and European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
