As part of the duty of care responsibilities owed to employees under the management regulations under Health and Safety at Work Act and Provision and Use of Working Equipment Regulations (PUWER), suitable and sufficient training must be provided to ensure the safety of employees whilst at work and whilst using any work equipment.
