Ceredigion County Council is seeking to appoint an appropriate supplier to support and develop the Ceredigion Dementia Implementation Plan. The key element of this piece of work will be the wider engagement with the public and stakeholders in implementing the West Wales Care Partnership Regional strategy at a local level and the development of a long-term action plan.
