Notice Description
The successful supplier will be required to conduct market analysis and produce a report,outlining the options available to ARCH for phase 2. The primary outcome of the requiredmarket analysis is to inform future planning, prioritisation and decision making amongstpartners (Swansea University, Hywel Dda UHB, Swansea Bay UHB, and Swansea Bay CityDeal) about vision, strategic direction and next steps for the ARCH Strategic Initiatives andPhase 2 Innovation Park, underpinned by robust evidence. An analysis is required with a finalreport provided to support strategic planning and decision making for the Phase 2 InnovationPark and broader ARCH Strategic Initiatives in Research, Enterprise and Innovation. Theanalysis will consider the following areas:1. The investor case2. The developer case3. The industry Case4. The academic case5. The clinical caseThese cases should identify and reference national and international exemplars of similardevelopments with comparable size, scope and scale, highlighting learnings that are relevantto ARCH Strategic Initiatives and the Phase 2 Innovation Park.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
