QUOTATION FOR: EARTh Programme Evaluation
Notice Description
The authorities of Carmarthenshire, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire, and Swansea are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake an evaluation of the overall EARTh programme, development of a logic model and the production of a forward delivery plan identifying gaps/ opportunities for further development in terms of regional collaboration based on analysis/ mapping of the current practices.This work is being commissioned by Carmarthenshire County Council on behalf of the partner authorities as part of the EARTh programme, funded through WEFO European Social Fund.
