Notice Description
NWSSP is looking to re-procure its provision of fresh and frozen meat, poultry, bacon & sausage and cooked meats. Lotting strategy to be devised based upon market engagement.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Procurement to be conducted using the open tender process under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The contract will address obligations as a public contracting authority under the Well Being and Future Generations Act, and thus place importance upon areas such as decarbonisation, social value, supply chain resilience and the stimulation of the local economy. It will also address factors including supply chain efficiency and resilience. Please note that Carbon Reduction Plans will be required for all lots in excess of 1.25m per annum, in accordance with WPPN 01/21.. Please register your interest as soon as possible and no later than 14/04/23. NWSSP will be holding supplier engagement sessions the week commencing 24th of April and most likely to be the 26/27th. Following your registration of interest you will be asked to provide your availability on these dates and provided with the product list and a set of questions to prepare for the session.
