We would like to invite you to our supplier engagement session to discuss our upcoming tender opportunity for Food.Caerphilly County Borough Council are the lead Local Authority for the Welsh Public Sector Collaborative Food Group which includes Local Authorities, Fire Services, Housing Associations and Natural Resource Wales .Suppliers will have the ability to bid for one (1) or more lots on offer and for one or more of the participating buying organisations.The below are the list of commodities which will form part of the tender these commodities are for information only and may differ from the below when the tender is issued:1) Ambient, Chilled and Frozen Foods2) Fruit and Vegetables (Fresh and Pre-prepared)3) Meat - ( Fresh and Cooked)4) Milk and Dairy Goods (including Dairy Free Alternatives)5) Bread, Cakes and Morning Goods6) Soft Drinks, Confectionery and SnacksThe Event will be held via Teams on Thursday 18th May at 9:30 am.This session will cover how the Tender will be structured along with the support available to assist you in completion of your Tender response.There will be availability during the event for you to ask any questions you may have.If you would like to attend please send an email to CCBCFood@caerphilly.gov.uk , and a team's link will be issued closer to the time.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=131321.
