Notice Description

The Company Factor Development Cyf owns several renewable energy systems in West Wales and the valleys the majority of systems are located in the Merthyr area with some projects running in Swansea, Carmarthen and Pembrokeshire. The company is planning to outsource the maintenance of these systems for the next five years this will include managing all warranty issues with original installers as well as replacement and installation of non warranty parts or installation of warrant parts outside the labour warranty period of the original installation contracts (typically 2 years). This is planned as a complete maintenance contract covering all costs that will occur to maintain these systems in good working order throughout the next 5 year period.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=132318.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
