The aim of this project is to digitalise an endometriosis symptom reporting tool Cardiff University developed to facilitate its integration in NHS Wales primary and secondary care services, and its dissemination internationally. This proposal is based on Cardiff University's broader published research on symptom-reporting and its critical role in care pathways and acceleration of impact case development.
