This is a notification of Cardiff's DPS - ERFX1004452Title: Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Passenger Transport Services that was established in 04/05/2018Cardiff Council has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of high quality and cost effective Passenger Transport via the Proactis portal.https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/Account/LoginThis DPS is split in to the lots detailed below:- Lot 1: Buses 17 seats or larger- Lot 2: Minibuses 8 to 16 seats- Lot 3: Taxi with regular driver and passenger assistant (if required)- Lot 4: Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles- Lot 5: Ad Hoc Taxis- Lot 6: Children and Adult Services- Lot 7: Miscellaneous RequestsThis is an updated notice to inform the market of the increase in the estimated value of the contracts awarded under the DPSThe updated value is PS138.8 million Please note: This is a UPDATED notification of Cardiff's Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Passenger Transport Services that was established in 04/05/2018.Project number: ERFX1004452All contractors who wish to participate must register and access the ITT via the portal below:https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/Account/LoginProactis Title: Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Passenger Transport ServicesProactis Reference: ERFX1004452Steps to Register:a) Click on the link aboveb) To register - click the 'register' link- Enter the information requested on the page and click register.- An activation email will be sent to the email address of the primary contact.- Click the link in your email to activate the account- You will then be prompted to enter further organisational information relating to your organisation.Please note that if your company is already registered on the portal then an automatic email will be sent to the primary account user's email address.(WA Ref:132778)The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
