Play Ranger Service System for Denbighshire County Council
Notice Description
Denbighshire Play Ranger Service provides a safe play environment for all children and young people to develop physical, mental, social, and emotional health and wellbeing and are looking to engage the market for the supply of an integrated play session management system which can effectively operate within a Welsh Local Government environment.In brief, the functions and features of the integrated solution will include:* Creation and management of play sessions at various venues around the County.* Integration with the corporate website.* Registration of attendees.* Recording of arrival & departure of attendees* Record attendees' health & safety information (medical, dietary etc).* Recording consents (photos, face paint, first aid etc).* Record parent / guardian details.* Record emergency contacts.* The ability to carry out health and safety assessments of venues.* Accident & Incident reporting ideally with an interface to the DCC corporate system.* Comprehensive management reporting and dashboards.* Process Automation (booking confirmations, reminders etc).* The ability to use the system in the field.* Alerts and reminders.* Comprehensive Auditing.* Bilingual public facing elements.In addition, the solution must comply with:* Denbighshire County Council's GDPR and Data Protection requirements including:Compliance with the Council's Corporate Data Retention schedule;Compliance with the Council's Data Protection procedures;* Compliance with Denbighshire County Council's ICT Technical and Security Standards.The Council is not seeking a development partnership, but rather looking for an established 'out of the box', flexible, configurable, and scalable solution that can be implemented quickly and securely.If you are able to provide the required solution, please email procurement@denbighshire.gov.uk to register your interest with a short description of your software by 11th August 2023. The Council will be looking to invite suppliers to demonstrate their solutions via Teams in the near future.
