Notice Description

The Vale of Glamorgan Council ("the Council") requires works to create an area of fitness equipment with surfacing ("the Works") at Lougher Place recreation ground, St Athan.The Works include the following activities.* Design of new area of fitness equipment* Groundworks* Supply and installation of new fitness equipment, surfacing, associated footpaths to the new facility and any other works to complete the designed scheme.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=133860.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. A user guide is available at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/sitehelp/help_guides.aspx.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. Legislation has been introduced in Wales for managing surface water on developments larger than 100m2.
