Swansea Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to carry out anindependent and comprehensive feasibility study for tourism, sports, leisure and access improvements to the Visitor Destination across the promenade/beach, and associated areas either side of the highway between the areas between Civic Centre and western edge of Blackpill Lido.
