Notice Description
The purpose of this sourcing exercise is to commission an approved list of suitably qualified and experienced independent investigators to:-* To conduct appropriate investigations into allegations made against staff.* To conduct interviews with individuals where and when appropriate.* To compile reports inline/as set out by the Welsh Governments Disciplinary/Dismissal Procedures Policy.* To be able to attend and present the investigation report at the relevant hearings.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
