For the provision of the servicing, on-going maintenance and emergency call-out service for its baler and recovery machinery located at Silent Valley, Cwm,Ebbw Vale.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. This will move the ITT from the 'Open to all Suppliers' area to the 'My ITT's' on the home page.-- You will then see the full details of the ITT in the Qualification, Technical and Commercial envelopes along with any relevant documents in the 'Attachments' area.-- Tenderers are required to provide responses to:--the Selection Questionnaire within the Qualification Envelope--the Method Statements within the Technical Envelope--upload the requested Pricing information within the Commercial Envelope.-- Should you have any questions on the ITT, please use the 'Messages' area to contact the buyer directly - Do not contact the named person at the top of this notice.Deadlines for submissions is 12 noon the 5th April 2024 with clarifications allowed until 5:00pm on the 2nd April 2024.Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the Authority's economic and social objectives. Examples of the range of benefits include but are not exhaustive to -o Targeted Recruitment and Training (including existing workforce and economically inactive)o Local Supply Chains, including use of social enterpriseso Contributions to education and complimentary activityo Community Initiatives and activityo Promoting Environmental Benefitso Contribution to the Community Investment FundThe buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
