Notice Description

The Vale of Glamorgan Council ("the Council") in partnership with the Cowbridge with Llanblethian Town Council requires the services of a multi-disciplinary consultancy to prepare a Placemaking Plan for the town of Cowbridge ("the Services").The Council wishes to appoint an experienced, creative and multi-disciplinary team of consultants, for an immediate start, to prepare a Placemaking Plan for the town of Cowbridge, with particular consideration to the town centre, but also giving consideration to the town's role in providing services, amenities, and activities, for the surrounding villages.We require consultants who have experience of placemaking in the widest sense, including active travel solutions, public realm design, youth engagement and activity, green infrastructure and biodiversity, business and trade engagement and support, as well as an understanding of the role of culture and heritage in the identity of place.
