NWSSP Procurement Services are satisfied that compliance is maintained with Reg. 72 of the Public Contract Regulations (2015) against criteria 72.1.b.i and 72.1.b.ii as: - The proposed extension and costs do not exceed 50% of the original contract value. - Indicative procurement activity has raised question marks on the affordability of procuring a new solution currently. - The procuring of a new solution would duplicate costs already incurred as a result of building/implementing the current system. Compliance is also maintained with 72.8.b as: - The result of the original procurement would not have been altered by this contract change.",
