As part of the Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF) programme in Denbighshire, funded by the UK Government, the undeveloped land in the Coronation Gardens Play Area, Prestatyn, will be developed. The tarmacked area is not currently utilised; therefore, this project will allow the land to be incorporated into the current play area.DCC will be seeking to appoint a supplier that can provide a professional design along a train/rail theme, due to the site's proximity to Prestatyn station, whilst achieving a high quality environmental specification. The supplier will then be expected to remove and dispose of any waste necessitated by the development.
