With a maximum budget of 118,000 GBP for the specified period, the procurement is grant-funded by the Welsh Government. The tender includes an option for a two-year extension subject to funding availability for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027. The council is seeking suppliers with the capacity to manage the account, coordinate stock delivery, and handle online ordering processes.

This tender by Flintshire County Council offers opportunities for businesses involved in the provision and distribution of period products. Suppliers capable of managing accounts, coordinating deliveries to schools and community outlets, and facilitating online ordering for young people aged 8-18 years are well-suited to compete for this contract.
