The Preventative, Corrective and Reactive Maintenance Service Work for the Materials Reclamation Facility (MRF) at Lamby Way, to ensure minimal unplanned downtime and, normal shift patterns continue unhindered from award of contract.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=143266. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:Social Value has been allocated a total weight of 10% as part of the quality/price matrix for this procurement which will be evaluated using sub-weighting on the following basis.Quantitative Offer (Total value of Targets entered) 4%Qualitative offer (target descriptions) 3%Delivery Plan 3%Total Social Value 10%The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
