Pre-Market Engagement - Transformation and Business Systems Consultancy Framework Agreement
Notice Description
This PIN is a Pre-Market Engagement issued by Tai Tarian to encourage consultants to register and bid for an anticipated Framework Agreement for transformation and business systems consultancy services. Tai Tarian is a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord that was set up in March 2011 to manage, maintain and improve over 9,000 properties spread throughout the Neath Port Talbot County Borough. Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint multiple consultants over a range of different Lots to support us in the delivery of our Transformation Programme. To summarise, the Transformation Programme is seeking to: 1) Understand and standardise our end-to-end processes, utilising data to drive intelligence and insight about the effectiveness of our services in the context of our corporate goals. 2) Harness the power of state-of-the-art technologies to drive efficiency into this process, ensuring we are 'heads up' acting on the insights arising from the data rather than 'heads down' preparing it. It is anticipated that Lots will be developed from the separate workstreams of the Transformation Programme. The current workstreams are: 1) Organisational 2) Colleague Experience 3) Customer Experience 4) Digital and Data 5) Replacement of Core Business Systems

Specialist Consultancy

Lead Business Systems ConsultancyAs above.
Lead Transformation ConsultancyIt is anticipated that we will appoint: - A Lead Consultant to help us with the Transformation Programme to have full oversight of the different workstreams. - A Lead Consultant for the replacement of our core business systems. - Specialist Lots to help us implement specialist projects at different stages of the Transformation Programme. We want our core business systems to work in a way that: - Supports standard ways of working, better data collection, accuracy, completeness, and security (particularly in a mobile working environment). - Enhances colleague experience and efficiency and effectiveness of operational decision making through standardised and ad hoc reporting. - Enables the management team to take a holistic view of the people (our tenants) and the property they live in, intuitively collecting, grouping and consolidating data which makes the identification of patterns, trends and insights easy. - Support enhancements in the customer experience. We anticipate that the Lead Consultant for the replacement of our core business systems will help us target the: - Implementation of our business systems with a focus on industry standards and best practice, which reduces the risk of single point of failure employee knowledge; and - Demonstrate future proofing and scalability for a 10-15 year, horizon. Interested suppliers should note that Lots are yet to be finalised and the Framework will outline scope of works that we would expect suppliers to adhere to, however, a key purpose of the Framework is to ensure that we have a breadth of knowledge within the appointed suppliers, to meet the changing needs of the organisation over our transformation journey. Interested suppliers are invited to attend a 'Meet the Buyer' session, held on Friday 13th September 2024 at Tai Tarian's head office, Ty Gwyn. To register your interest in attending please email procurement@taitarian.co.uk The deadline to register is 12PM Friday 6th September 2024. The session will allow interested suppliers the opportunity to meet with Tai Tarian's representatives to gain an understanding of our requirements. In addition to this, Tai Tarian hopes that by providing this opportunity, suppliers can demonstrate what is currently possible in the market and to help shape our requirements moving forward. For example, we are asking for interested suppliers to tell us: - What makes a contract attractive to them. - Their experience of undertaking similar transformation contracts. - Their experience of understanding core business systems within the Housing sector. - Lessons learnt from previous contracts. - Why they want to work with Tai Tarian. - Innovative ways of working (doing things differently). Please note that the 'Meet the Buyer' session will only be carried out on this day and that time slots will be allocated on a first come first served basis. When all slots are filled, we will be unable to extend this session further. Please note that recording an interest is voluntary and potential tenderers will not be advantaged or disadvantaged through participation in the 'Meet the Buyer' event and any discussions held will not form part of any formal tender process. Tai Tarian reserves the right to change its requirements prior to the Contract Notice being issued and this PIN does not commit Tai Tarian to undertake any procurement process. It is anticipated that a Contract Notice will be published within the coming weeks.
