The Vale of Glamorgan Council ("the Council") requires the production of a series of written case studies and short films to showcase the Councils UK Shared Prosperity Funded projects. These services are split into two lots and suppliers must bid for both lots.Lot One - Written Case StudiesLot Two - Short FilmsBoth lots should commence on 1st October 2024 and should take no more than three months to complete.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=143887.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. A user guide is available at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/sitehelp/help_guides.aspx.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. The UK Shared Prosperity Fund has been running since 2022 and the Council have supported 144 projects to date through this fund. Currently all projects must be finished by March 31st 2025. The UK Shared Prosperity Fund is split across four themes;Communities and PlaceSupporting Local BusinessPeople and SkillsMultiply (Adult Numeracy)The Council would like to create a series of written case studies and short films that showcases a selection of projects from each theme, to demonstrate the impact that projects have had on peoples' lives, their communities and their businesses.The Vale of Glamorgan Council has declared a Climate and Nature emergency and is committed to working with suppliers that contribute to our journey towards Net Zero Carbon.Tenders may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than a tender submitted in English.(WA Ref:143887)
