Notice Description

RSPB Cymru is looking to appoint a contractor for forest-to-bog works at Bryn Fawnog, Lake Vyrnwy, as part of an extensive ongoing programme of peatland restoration.The contractor will be working to raise the water table on an area of former commercial conifer plantation which has been clear felled. Restoration methods will include stump augering, contour bunding and ground smoothing.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=144212.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
