Notice Description

Pembrokeshire County Council in partnership with the new Haverfordwest Castle CIO, is seeking to appoint a consultancy to update the existing business plan for Haverfordwest Castle's Flagship Heritage Attraction in advance of the National Lottery Heritage Fund delivery phase funding application, which is scheduled for submission in August 2025. The appointed consultancy will be required to sense-check and validate all assumptions made in the existing plan, provide suggested improvements and additional income streams and create an updated version for the project giving due regard to all relevant NLHF guidance on business planning.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=144934.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
