Coleg Sir Gar and Coleg Ceredigion wish to appoint a suitability qualified contractor to carry out the following works within identified areas of Coleg Sir Gar and Coleg Ceredigion Campuses;1. Removal, control, management and elimination of weeds and unwanted plant growth.2. Maintenance, reduction, control and management of hedges and shrubbery.The overall aim of the work is to maintain an accessible, clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment within all Coleg Sir Gar and Coleg Ceredigion Campuses.The contract will be for a period of 4 years, with an annual review and the option to extend for an additional 1 year, plus 1 year.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=145587.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
