You are invited to submit tender for the periodic Boiler Plant Servicing and Gas Testing to various CCBC buildings. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:Caerphilly CBC has committed to including Social Value in its procurements in excess of PS75,000. Bidders will be required to complete the Councils bespoke Set of TOMs (Themes, Outcomes and Measures) created for the Council, predicated on the National TOMs for Wales, which have been devised for procurement and contract management. A key success factor for bidders will be the ability to deliver against the commitments made. It is important that bidders should be confident of their ability to deliver Social Value proposals made, as we will contractualise these commitments with the winning bidder which will then be monitored and reported on periodically.The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
