On 21st July 2016, the Welsh Government launched its Equality and Inclusion Funding Programme 2017-2020 which included contracting delivery of an All Wales BAME Engagement Programme. The All-Wales BAME Engagement Programme was contracted between 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2022 to deliver an engagement program that employed officers in Newport, Cardiff, Swansea and Wrexham, to engage with Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic individuals, groups and organisations across Wales, to gather their views and experiences to create an evidence base from which to positively influence Welsh Government policies. This tender is to procure a new All-Wales Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic People Engagement Contract, which will replace the existing contact which has been extended to 31st March 2025 and be operational from 1 April 2025.
